How To: Install the 240SX TB on Manifold

Applications:
L28 in the Datsun 280Z, 280ZX, 280ZXT
L24E in the 81-84 Nissan Maxima

Step 1

Slide 4 bolts with washers through mounting holes.  Put on TB-Spacer gasket, TB Spacer, and TB-Intake gasket.

Step 2

Continue to install the TB the way the original TB was removed.  The cold start valve will bolt up like usual, and the linkage will align like the original linkage.

Step 3

The Throttle Position Sensor (TPS-little black box on the side) should be adjusted according to the original specs.
